Is Miles & More worthwhile for me?
Miles & More is especially worthwhile if you enjoy flying, travelling and treating yourself. You can earn Miles and Points on almost all business and holiday flights thanks to our 35+ airline partners. You can also earn miles in many areas of everyday life: for example, when shopping or booking a rental car.
What do I gain from earning Miles and Points?
You can exchange the miles you earn on flights, travel and everyday purchases for Award Flights, upgrades to a higher travel class, stylish and helpful items from Worldshop or products from our partners. You can use your Points to achieve frequent flyer status and thus enjoy benefits on your flights and travels.
How long are my Miles & More miles valid?
Miles are valid for 36 months from the date you earn them. Unused miles expire at the end of the relevant quarter. Here’s how we’ll let you know when your miles are about to expire:
- Your account balance on our website or in our app shows you the miles that expire at the end of the current and the following quarter.
- Our Miles & More newsletter provides you with a summary of all the miles that are due to expire at the end of the current quarter approximately two months in advance.
For example, you took a flight from Frankfurt to New York on 12.12.2022. These miles will expire after 36 months at the end of the following quarter, i.e. on 31.12.2025.
After registering, when will I receive my Miles & More service card?
When you register with Miles & More, we’ll send you a card to print out. You can use this card for earning Miles and Points.
To meet today’s demands for digital and environmentally friendly solutions, Miles & More has stopped sending out Miles & More service cards to newly registered users. We recommend using the digital service card in the Miles & More app instead. You can then use all services related to earning Miles and Points and redeeming miles immediately after registering.
