New: rebook Award Flights yourself online
You can now rebook Award Flights online without calling the Service Centre. You’ll find your current Award Flight bookings under “Current bookings” in your account. Simply log in, and try out the new self-service feature.
It works like this
Step 1: log in to your Miles & More account.
Step 2: go to “Current bookings”.
Step 3: select the booking you’d like to change.
Step 4: if your Award Flight can be changed, click “Change flights”.
