You can either book online or via your local Miles & More Team. In addition to miles, you can also redeem eVouchers to book an Upgrade Award. We wish you a pleasant journey.

It works like this
Book online: book your upgrade online by clicking on “Book upgrade now”. Select a flight eligible for an upgrade under “My bookings”, click “Upgrade flight”, and choose whether you wish to redeem miles or eVouchers.
Book by telephone: request an upgrade by telephone via the Miles & More Service Team. Make sure you have your 6-digit booking code to hand.

* Upgrades for domestic flights within a European country are only possible on connecting flights in combination with upgrades on intercontinental flights and are already included in the miles for the upgrade of the intercontinental flight.
Only applies to flights operated by LH, LX, OS, SN and VL.
With SQ, upgrades from Economy Class to Business Class are only possible on flights with no Premium Economy.
Upgrades on routes within Europe, including from Economy Class (M) to Business Class, are possible on LG, LH, LO, LX, OS, OU, SN and VL, as are upgrades from Economy Class Y, K and Q with LG. An upgrade from booking class B is not possible with LG.
The destinations available in the respective regions are determined by the timetables applicable at the time of booking of Lufthansa and its airline partners.
