When do I receive my Miles & More service card after registration?

You will receive a card to print out after registration for our frequent flyer programme, which you can then use to earn your miles.

To meet today’s demands for digital and environmentally friendly solutions, Miles & More has stopped sending the Miles & More service card for new registrations and replacement card orders. We recommend the use of your digital service card in the Miles & More app. This allows you to use all the services relating to earning and spending miles immediately after registration.

By the way: the first time you log into the app, you will receive a credit of 500 award miles.
