Can I redeem awards for family and friends?

You can also redeem your miles for Award Flights, Upgrade Awards or merchandise awards for family members, friends or acquaintances. With Award Flights and Upgrade Awards, it’s not necessary for you to accompany them. You can share awards with third parties free of charge, but selling, exchanging or auctioning them is prohibited.
