Can I have miles from partner companies credited retroactively?
If you forget to provide your Miles & More service card number when shopping or when booking a hotel or rental car, you can have your miles credited retroactively up to 6 months later. To apply, select the appropriate partner in our online form, then complete the form. Please remember to upload your receipts.

The Miles & More app makes crediting miles retroactively even easier.
- Go to “More” in the navigation bar.
- Select “Credit Miles and Points”, then select “Other partners”.
- Select the Miles & More partner to whom the credit request applies.
- Complete the appropriate fields and upload your receipts.
