Achieve or renew your status with eVouchers

In addition to using your eVouchers for upgrades to a higher travel class, you can also use them flexibly to achieve status. You can choose to exchange your eVouchers directly for Points or use them to carry the Points you’ve already earned over to the next calendar year.

Carry Points over to the next calendar year


Exclusively for Senators and HON Circle Members

Use your eVouchers to make it easier to renew your status next year.2

  • Carry over the Points you earned this year to the next calendar year by using eVouchers
  • 100 Points and Qualifying Points will be transferred for each eVoucher; HON Circle Members will get an additional 100 HON Circle Points
  • Transfer Points, Qualifying Points and HON Circle Points that have been earned after achieving status renewal
  • Up to 4 eVouchers can be redeemed per transaction

It works like this

  • Log in

    Log in to your Miles & More account, and go to the “Status management” tab in your profile.

  • Select

    Under “Your eVoucher overview”, select either “Exchange for Points” or “Transfer Points” and follow the wizard.

    Only Points, Qualifying Points and HON Circle Points that have been earned in the current year after achieving status renewal can be carried over to next year.

  • Credit

    The Points will be credited to your Miles & More account within 24 hours of exchange.

    The Points that are carried over will be deducted from your Miles & More account within 24 hours. The credit will be visible at the beginning of January the following year.

eVouchers can be exchanged for Points, Qualifying Points and HON Circle Points. The converted Points, Qualifying Points and HON Circle Points can only be used to qualify or requalify for a specific frequent flyer status in the calendar year in which the conversion took place. The exchange ratio is 1 eVoucher = 50 Points, Qualifying Points and HON Circle Points. A maximum of 4 eVouchers can be redeemed per transaction, corresponding to a maximum credit of 200 Points, Qualifying Points and HON Circle Points. There is no limit to the number of eVouchers that can be exchanged per year. The Points, Qualifying Points and HON Circle Points will generally be credited to the Miles & More account from which the eVoucher(s) was/were deducted within 24 hours. The offer is not transferable. If the eVouchers are used for another transaction (e.g. an upgrade) while your request is being processed, the exchange cannot be completed.

Senators can use eVouchers to carry over accrued Points and Qualifying Points, while HON Circle Members can use them to carry over Points, Qualifying Points and HON Circle Points. The offer is only available to members who have Senator or HON Circle status at the time of claiming the offer. Only Points, Qualifying Points and HON Circle Points that have been earned in the current year after achieving status renewal can be transferred. The transfer ratio is 1 eVoucher = 100 Points, Qualifying Points and HON Circle Points. A maximum of 4 eVouchers can be used per transaction, corresponding to a maximum transfer of 400 Points, Qualifying Points and HON Circle Points. There is no limit to the number of eVouchers that can be redeemed per year. Points, Qualifying Points and HON Circle Points will be credited to the Miles & More account from which the eVoucher(s) was/were deducted at the beginning of January the following year. The offer is not transferable. The transferred Points, Qualifying Points and HON Circle Points can be used to requalify for a specific frequent flyer status the following year. If the eVouchers are used for another transaction (e.g. an upgrade) while your request is being processed, the transfer cannot be completed.
