Upgrades made easy: add yourself to the waiting list for an Upgrade Award online
New: with Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Discover Airlines, Lufthansa, Lufthansa City Airlines and SWISS, you can now put yourself on the waiting list for Upgrade Awards online. If a waiting list is available, you’ll find it in your Miles & More account under “Current bookings”.
Try this new self-service feature directly from your account.
It works like this
Step 1: log in to your Miles & More account.
Step 2: go to “My bookings”.
Step 3: if a waiting list is available, simply add yourself to it online.
Step 4: you’ll be notified as soon as your desired upgrade to a higher booking class is confirmed for your flight.
