Award Flights: request a refund yourself online
New: for qualifying fares, you can now simply request Award Flight refunds online – without having to call the Service Centre. You’ll find your current Award Flight bookings under “Current bookings” in your account.
It works like this
Step 1: Log in to your Miles & More account.
Step 2: Go to “Current bookings”.
Step 3: Select the booking you want a refund for.
Step 4: If your Award Flight is refundable, click “Cancel and refund your flights”.
