Terms and conditions
This offer is valid until 19.4.2026 (11:59:59 p.m. CEST) and is exclusively reserved for recipients of the “Exchange your miles for Points” mailing. You can convert 8,000 miles into 50 Points and 50 Qualifying Points. The Points and Qualifying Points will be retroactively credited for the 2025 calendar year. Once they have been credited, your frequent flyer status will renew until the end of February 2027. The offer is not transferable. The Points and Qualifying Points will be credited to the Miles & More account from which the miles have been deducted. The conversion and status renewal will be carried out by the end of April 2026, after which they will be visible in your Miles & More account. The conversion can only take place if you have the required number of miles in your Miles & More account at the time of processing in April 2026. If you don’t have enough miles, no exchange will take place. There is no entitlement to retroactive conversion or compensation.
