Where can I find my service card number?

You’ll receive your 15-digit service card number when you register. You’ll find it:

 

  • in your registration confirmation
  • in your Miles & More account on the website or in the app
  • on your Miles & More Credit Card, if you have one

Important information

 

Your service card number changes when your status changes, but your PIN will stay the same. If you lose your service card number, please use the contact form for the Miles & More Service Team.
