What can I do if I’m having trouble logging in?
There are two ways to log in to Miles & More: either with your Travel ID (email address) or with your service card number.
1. Login with Travel ID (email address) and password
Travel ID is the most convenient way to log in to Miles & More. Simply use the email address you provided when registering or added later.
· Forgotten your password?
If you’ve forgotten your account password, you can request a new password online.
· Forgotten your Travel ID (email address)?
If you’ve forgotten which email address you used as your Travel ID, or you no longer have access to this email account, please contact our Service Team. Please have your service card number and personal PIN ready for authentication.
2. Login with service card number and PIN
Your 15-digit service card number can be found outside your profile in your registration confirmation email. If you have a Miles & More Credit Card, this also features your service card number.
· Forgotten your PIN or haven’t yet set a PIN?
If you’ve forgotten your PIN or haven’t yet set one, you can request a new PIN online.
· Can’t find your service card number?
If you can’t find your service card number, please contact our Service Team via the contact form. Please also upload a photo of proof of identity (e.g. ID card, passport). We’ll then send your service card number to the email address saved in your profile.
If you’re still unable to log in, please call our Service Team and have your service card number and personal PIN ready for authentication.
