Can I cancel an Award Flight Ticket (formerly flight award ticket)?

It is possible to cancel an Award Flight.

Refunds will be issued in accordance with the relevant fare conditions, taking into account any applicable grace period. Cancellation fees must be paid by credit card. For Award Flights with an eligible fare, refunds can be requested online under “My bookings”. Once your request has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address stored in your Miles & More account.

The miles used will be credited back to the original Miles & More account, provided the fare booked is eligible for a refund. Any payments made will be credited back to the credit card used when booking.

Online refunds for bookings with multiple passengers are only available for the entire booking. If you only want to cancel individual passengers, please contact your Miles & More Service Team.
