This service applies to scheduled flights operated by Air Dolomiti, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Discover Airlines, Lufthansa, Lufthansa City Airlines and SWISS in Frankfurt and Munich.
In Geneva and Zurich, this service is offered for scheduled flights operated by Air Dolomiti, Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa and SWISS.
In Vienna, this service applies to scheduled flights operated by Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Lufthansa and SWISS.
All travel companions (including spouses, partners and children under 18) with a valid boarding pass for the same flight as the person who invited them are eligible for the luxury chauffeur and transfer service.

First Class terminal: You’ll be taken to the aircraft by luxury vehicle or an exclusive people carrier.
First Class Lounge at Gate A: For departures or onward flights to a German or Schengen destination from a non-gate position and departures from B10 or B19 and Gates C1 or C2, you’ll be taken to the aircraft by luxury vehicle or exclusive people carrier.
For departures or onward flights to a non-Schengen or non-EU destination from a non-gate position or dock in areas Z and C, you’ll also be taken to the aircraft by luxury vehicle or exclusive people carrier. Due to the short distances involved, this does not apply to departures from Gate B. |
If your flight is arriving at a non-gate position, you’ll be collected from the aircraft and taken to the relevant bus drop-off point in Terminal 1. |
If you only have a transfer time of between 20 and 45 minutes left due to the late arrival of your flight, you’ll be collected from the aircraft by an exclusive people carrier and taken straight to your connecting flight – taking into account all the necessary security, passport and customs checks – as long as this guarantees you’ll reach your flight on time. |
