• Senators and HON Circle Members are eligible to receive Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite Status for a minimum of 12 months after registration, provided they retain their Senator or HON Circle status throughout this time. For example, if an eligible Senator or HON Circle Member registers for the partnership in October 2025, the member will receive Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite Status for the remainder of 2025, all of 2026 and through to the end of February 2027. Qualifying Rates

A Qualifying Rate is a rate a member pays for a stay in a guest room at a participating property that qualifies to earn Points or Miles and membership tier benefits.

Qualifying Rates are all rates booked directly through the official booking channels of the participating hotel or brand and paid for personally by the member. These include, in particular:

i. Bookings made through the official websites or apps of the participating brand or hotel, via the central reservations

office or directly at the hotel

ii. Bookings at publicly available rates, special member rates or contracted corporate rates, provided the member pays the participating property directly for the room

iii. Stays that are not part of a group or event booking, a tour operator or wholesaler rate or a package or organised tour iv. Stays that are not complimentary and for which no third-party voucher or award has been redeemed

A joint member may earn 40 Miles & More Points on each qualifying stay ("Points offering"), up to a maximum of 120 Miles & More Points per year, in addition to Marriott Bonvoy points or Miles & More miles, with the following participating hotel brands. A "Qualifying Stay" means a single stay of at least one night and includes all consecutive nights stayed at the same hotel, regardless of check-in/check-out activity, in one of the following participating hotel brands:
