Digital security with the Diners Club e-account 

With the Diners Club e-account or Diners Club e-account Germany, you can enjoy comprehensive service and keep track of your finances anytime and anywhere – including viewing your latest transactions, searching for specific transactions or downloading your transaction statement. If a new transaction statement is available, you’ll be notified by email.

Note on the former partnership with Miles & More 

The partnership between Austrian Airlines, Miles & More and card complete in connection with Austrian Miles & More Mastercard credit cards ended on 31.12.2025.

As of 1.1.2026, it is no longer possible to enjoy the benefits of Miles & More or Austrian Airlines with these cards.

Miles can still be earned with Diners Club credit cards from card complete.

1. General information on the ending of the partnership

What has changed?

The partnership between Austrian Airlines, Miles & More and card complete Service Bank AG ended on 31.12.2025.

2. Validity and use of the card complete credit card

How long was the Austrian Miles & More Mastercard credit card from card complete (including all benefits) valid?

The Austrian Miles & More Mastercard credit card from card complete, including all the benefits of Miles & More and Austrian Airlines, was valid until 31.12.2025.


These specific benefits are no longer applicable as of 1.1.2026.

Can I still use my old card?

The card can still be used as a credit card, but without the following features:

 

  • Earning miles
  • Mileage protection
  • Austrian Airlines benefits such as Business Class check-in

3. Miles and mileage protection

What will happen to the miles I’ve already earned?

All miles already earned with Austrian Miles & More Credit Cards issued by card complete will remain in your Miles & More account.

Mileage protection will continue to apply until 30.6.2026 for holders of an Austrian Miles & More Credit Card from card complete.

After that, the standard mileage expiry rules set out in the Miles & More programme T&Cs will apply. This means miles that are older than 36 months will expire at the end of each quarter.

Can I still earn miles with the Austrian Miles & More Mastercard from card complete?

No.
As of 1.1.2026, it is no longer possible to earn miles with the Austrian Miles & More Mastercard from card complete.

You’ll continue to earn miles with the following Diners Club cards issued by card complete:

 

  • Diners Club Gold Card
  • Diners Club Vintage Card
  • Diners Club Golf Card

Can miles still be earned with the Austrian Miles & More Mastercard credit card from card complete from 1.1.2026?

No. As of 1.1.2026, it is no longer possible to earn miles with the Austrian Miles & More Mastercard credit card from card complete, as it stopped functioning as an Austrian Miles & More product on this date.

4. Insurance and travel insurance cover

Is the travel insurance cover from the old card still valid?

No. All insurance benefits that came with the Austrian Miles & More Mastercard from card complete ended on 31.12.2025.

Furthermore, insurance cover is no longer available with this card for trips taking place in 2026 or later, even if the trips were previously paid for with the card.

I’ve already booked flights or trips with my Austrian Miles & More Mastercard credit card from card complete for January 2026 or later. Will my travel insurance cover still be valid?

The travel insurance cover included with the Austrian Miles & More Mastercard credit card from card complete was only valid until 31.12.2025. Travel insurance cover is no longer available with this credit card for trips from 1.1.2026, even if the trip or flight was previously paid for with the card.
