Who can benefit from the offer?

Members who still have valid eVouchers can exchange them for Points, Qualifying Points and HON Circle Points in the same calendar year. Only Senators and HON Circle Members, however, can carry Points, Qualifying Points and HON Circle Points over to the following year, and only HON Circle Members can carry HON Circle Points over to the following year.
