What is the Miles & More service card, and why do I need it?

The Miles & More service card is a personal card identifying you as a Miles & More programme member. It contains your service card number and allows you to earn miles, take advantage of status benefits and clearly identify yourself to Miles & More and our partners.

You can use your service card for various purposes:

Earning miles
Enter your service card number when booking flights, with partners or when shopping. In shops, simply show your digital or physical card.

Status benefits
For example, to access lounges or use priority services.

Identification
Your service card number is used to clearly identify your account – for example, with partners or when contacting the Service Team.
