What do I do if my Miles & More service card has been lost, stolen or damaged?

You can always access your Miles & More service card in digital form via the Miles & More app, and continue to use all services in the usual way. The advantage of a digital card is that it can’t be lost or damaged.

 

As a status member, you’ll also continue to receive a physical service card. If this card is lost or stolen, please call the Miles & More Service Team. Your previous card number will immediately be blocked, and you’ll automatically receive a new number with which you can continue earning miles.
