How can I exchange miles for Points and Qualifying Points?

As a holder of a Miles & More Credit Card that includes mileage exchange, you can exchange between 5,000 and 25,000 miles for Points and Qualifying Points once per calendar year. You can exchange your miles directly in your Miles & More profile. Miles will be exchanged in accordance with the applicable conditions, and the exchange cannot be reversed.
