Has my retroactive credit request for Miles and Points been accepted?

Once you’ve requested your retroactive mileage credit, your request will be reviewed. You’ll find the details in your Miles & More account. If your request is accepted, your Miles and Points will usually be credited to you within a few days. If your request is declined, you’ll be told why the credit request was not accepted.
