It works like this
Select an artwork from the Geuer & Geuer Art Miles & More shop and put it in your shopping basket.
After adding your item to your shopping basket, choose the number of miles you would like to redeem for your purchase.
You will be directed to the checkout to complete your purchase. The miles will be debited from your mileage account.
Terms and conditions
- You can start redeeming Miles & More award miles at the Geuer & Geuer Art online shop from a mileage amount of 7,500 award miles. The purchase can be made either in full or in part with award miles or euros. You can either earn or redeem award miles. If the purchase is paid for with award miles and euros (mixed payment), no award miles can be earned on the euro amount.
- As a general rule, the T&Cs of Geuer & Geuer Art GmbH apply to the purchase of an item from the Geuer & Geuer Art Miles & More shop.
- The following special legal conditions apply to the purchase of a work of art by the artist Leon Löwentraut: “The print may only be acquired for purely private and non-commercial purposes, and may not be sold within the next three years. The work shall remain the property of Geuer & Geuer Art GmbH until full payment is made.”
- Right of cancellation: you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days, without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) to Geuer & Geuer Art GmbH, Dirk Geuer, Heinrich-Heine-Allee 19, D-40213 Dusseldorf, Germany, tel.: +49 - 2 11 - 17 80 47 66, fax: +49 - 2 11 - 94 21 48 17, email: [email protected]. You can make use of the attached sample cancellation form. However, there is no obligation to do so. In order to maintain the right of cancellation, it is sufficient for you to send a communication relating to the exercise of your cancellation rights before the end of the cancellation period.
