Why is Cash & Miles not being displayed as an option?
There may be multiple reasons for this. It may be that you have not signed in at brusselsairlines.com with your login details or you have not yet reached the required mileage amount of at least 3,000 miles. Cash & Miles is also not yet available in all markets.
For which services (flights, taxes, fees and surcharges or upgrades) can I use Cash & Miles?
Cash & Miles allows you to redeem your award miles in full or in part for your flight booking. You can use the service from as little as 3,000 miles. It is available for all travel classes and all international routes. The fare is calculated based on the total ticket price, including taxes, fees and surcharges. Cash & Miles cannot be used to purchase upgrades. You can book upgrades in the usual way directly through Miles & More at www.miles-and-more.com.
What is the difference between Cash & Miles and a normal Award Flight?
With the Award Flights already available in the Miles & More programme, you can get attractive flight offers for a constant mileage amount. These Award Flights are very popular among Miles & More members. However, the number of available Award Flights is limited. Our Award Flights are sometimes sold out – especially during peak travel periods such as the holidays.
Cash & Miles offers you an additional option for redeeming the miles you’ve earned. You can now redeem your miles in full or in part for your flight bookings at brusselsairlines.com. This reduces the amount left to pay in cash for your flight ticket. The ticket conditions are the same as the standard conditions for a ticket with the airline in question. Cash & Miles is calculated based on the ticket price on the day of booking. This price is converted into miles.
Cash & Miles can be seen as an additional option to the Award Flights and the current Award Flight chart. It’s simply another way to redeem miles for flights in the Miles & More programme.
