Book online: book your upgrade online by clicking on “Book an upgrade”. Enter your flight details, select the relevant flight and the desired travel class, and request an upgrade.
Book by telephone: alternatively, request an upgrade by telephone via the Miles & More Service Team. Make sure you have your 6-digit booking code to hand.
