Why do I need a Miles & More PIN, and how can I create one?

You need your PIN to verify your identity when contacting the Miles & More Service Team by phone. Only with this PIN can our employees access your profile and answer questions about your Miles, Points or personal details.

 

If you haven’t yet created a PIN or have forgotten your PIN, you can easily create or reset it via the following link:

You can also create a PIN in the Miles & More app:

  1. Go to “More” in the navigation bar.
  2. Select the profile icon at the top right – “Profile & Settings”.
  3. You can create or reset your password or PIN under “Login & Security”.
