SWISS Taste of Switzerland: Aargau

From September to November 2024, Manuel Steigmeier, Chef at the restaurant FAHR in Sulz, in Aargau Canton, will be bringing his creations and philosophy on board selected travel classes on SWISS long-haul flights departing from Switzerland.

Manuel Steigmeier took over as both leaseholder and chef at the restaurant FAHR in Sulz in Aargau Canton at the tender age of 22. Seven years of sheer dedication have brought him and his team prestigious awards, including a Michelin star and 17 Gault Millau points. From September to November 2024, Manuel Steigmeier will now be bringing his typically Aargau creations and philosophy on board selected travel classes on SWISS long-haul flights departing from Switzerland.
