General terms and conditions of Miles & More GmbH for Status Stars Tickets

Miles & More GmbH (“MMG”) offers you as a Miles & More Status Stars holder limited VIP tickets for exclusive events as part of the Miles & More programme in exchange for award miles.
Neither MMG, nor Deutsche Lufthansa Aktiengesellschaft as co-operator of the Miles & More programme, nor our event agents Startourguide, are the organisers of the offered events. MMG is only the intermediary for these events. The organiser is the respective organiser of the event (“organiser”) who is also the issuer of the VIP tickets.

Tickets are only valid on the day and/or at the time indicated. You can order one ticket and, depending on the event, a varying number of additional tickets for people accompanying you. The number of additional tickets available for each event is specified in the booking form.

Please note that we always have only a limited allocation of tickets available to us.
The tickets are personal to you and can only be ordered by you as a holder of Miles & More Status Stars. They cannot be transferred to a third party. The sale, exchange and auctioning of tickets is forbidden. Additional tickets for accompanying persons can only be used in conjunction with the ticket held by the Miles & More Status Stars holder. Please note as appropriate the specific advice in the ticket description and on the tickets. The organiser’s house and usage rules apply.  

Our ticket presentation represents a non-binding invitation to you to order tickets only. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This is a confirmation of receipt and does not represent a legally binding acceptance of your order. Tickets are allocated in the order that requests are received (priority principle) and may run out in a short period of time. Contracts between the organiser and yourself enter into force with the explicit confirmation of your order in a separate e-mail.

Until the miles have been completely redeemed, the ticket remains the property of the owner of the event.
In individual cases, should there be a discrepancy between the product image in the offer and the information listed on the related ticket description, the information represented in the ticket description applies.  

The tickets will be delivered to you at the event by Startourguide, our events agency. Travel to the event is always at your own expense and needs to be organised by you.

Under § 312g, para. 2, clause 1 number 9 of the German Civil Code, there is no right of revocation relating to set times for the services provided associated with leisure activities. There is no right of return or exchange. Legal rights accruing from defects remain unaffected by this.

For the redemption of award miles and in order to request awards, the Miles & More terms and conditions of participation are applicable as well as these general terms and conditions.

Please note that booking a ticket is only possible if there is a sufficient balance in your mileage account. For Senators and HON Circle Members, the use of mileage advances is excluded for Status Stars Events.
