How do I change my profile or customer details?

You can change profile details such as your address, phone number or email any time online under your profile on the website or in the Miles & More app.


To make changes in the app:

  1. Go to “More” in the navigation bar.
  2. Select the profile icon at the top right – “Profile & Settings”.
  3. You’ll find your details under “Personal information”.
  4. Tap the pencil icon at the top right to make changes.
  5. Tap the pencil icon again in the section you want to make changes. You’ll then be redirected to the website, where you can enter your corrections.

 

Alternatively, give us a call. Please have your service card number and PIN to hand. If you don’t have your PIN, please submit a request via our contact form, including an official document with your full name and signature.


Note: changing your name online or by phone is unfortunately not possible for data protection reasons.
