What do I do if my Miles & More card has been lost, stolen or damaged?

Your Miles & More service card is now available at any time in digital form in the Miles & More app, enabling you to use all services relating to earning and redeeming miles as usual. This has the advantage that it cannot be lost or damaged. In the event of theft of your permanent service card, please inform the Miles & More service team by telephone. This card number will then be cancelled, and you will receive a new card number for earning miles. The Miles & More service card made of plastic is a thing of the past and is no longer produced.

Earning miles: when you choose the Miles & More Credit Card from Deutsche Bank (for members with a German bank account), you can use it to identify yourself as a Miles & More member, even if you don’t want to pay with the credit card.
