I didn’t receive an ID verification code when searching for an Award Flight. What can I do?
First, request a new code.
If you still don’t receive a code, please check the following:
- Is the email address saved in your Miles & More profile correct and up to date?
- Has the email landed in your spam or junk folder? Move it to your inbox if you’re certain it was sent by Miles & More.
- Are you able to receive emails? Check your internet connection and make sure your inbox is working properly.
