Renewal of your frequent flyer level
The goodwill measures apply to all frequent flyers whose status would normally expire in February 2022.
If your status is valid until 2/2022 and you do not achieve the usual renewal by the end of 2021, as a gesture of our goodwill we will extend your frequent flyer level by one year to 2/2023.
You will automatically receive this renewal at the beginning of 2022 as a gesture of our goodwill before your current card expires. The period of validity shown in the Miles & More app and on miles-and-more.com will then change.
We hope that you understand that eVouchers cannot be issued for goodwill renewals for Senators and HON Circle Members.
This also applies to eVouchers that were re-credited after the cancellation of a flight.
Credit of the HON Circle miles earned in 2019 at the beginning of 2021
You were already re-credited all the HON Circle miles earned in the 2019 calendar year at the beginning of 2021.
This means that your HON Circle miles from the 2019 calendar year will count both towards your HON Circle renewal and your HON Circle qualification in 2021 or 2022.
If your HON Circle status is valid until February 2022, the years 2019, 2020 and 2021 will be recognised accordingly as the re-qualifying period.
If your HON Circle status is valid until February 2023, the years 2019, 2021 and 2022 will be recognised accordingly as the re-qualifying period.
The 2019 calendar year will also be recognised for HON Circle qualification in 2021 and 2022. The re-credited HON Circle miles will also be recognised in 2021 and 2022 towards your achievement of the Miles & More Selections threshold.
