How to earn award miles with Leonardo Hotels

  1. Join the customer loyalty programme Leonardo AdvantageCLUB. Membership is free – you will find the general terms and conditions of the Leonardo AdvantageCLUB here.

  2. Choose ‘miles’ as your preferred earning option.

  3. Present your Miles & More service card each time you check in to a participating Leonardo hotel and also give your Leonardo AdvantageCLUB member ID.

Terms and conditions for earning miles

  • For you to earn miles automatically after each qualifying stay in a Leonardo hotel, you must be a member of the customer loyalty programme Leonardo AdvantageCLUB. You can join the club by registering online at http://www.leonardo-hotels.com/leonardo-advantage-club. Registration is absolutely free and is governed by the general terms and conditions of the Leonardo AdvantageCLUB.
  • Please make sure that you have selected ‘miles’ as your earning option. Members cannot earn points and miles for the same stay at the same time. You can choose between the earning options of ‘miles’ and ‘points’ before your stay by updating your member profile online.
  • The miles earned will be credited to your Miles & More account within four to six weeks of a qualifying hotel stay.
  • Please present your Miles & More service card each time you check in to a participating Leonardo hotel and also give your Leonardo AdvantageCLUB member ID.
  • Publicly bookable room rates and corporate contract rates qualify for a mileage credit. The following room rates are excluded from this programme: rates for business or tour group reservations, rates for crews (airlines, cruise ships and the like), rates for employees, for tour operators and travel organisers and room rates for free stays. Subject to changes.
  • Consecutive nights in the same hotel are treated as one stay even if the nights have been booked separately. This means that for a stay of two consecutive nights in the same hotel, for example, only one 500-mile credit will be made.
  • Miles can only be credited to the holder of the Miles & More service card and only for the room for which the Miles & More member has personally checked in to the hotel and in which he or she has stayed.
  • It is possible to earn miles for bookings at all participating Leonardo hotels in Europe and Israel. The following hotels are excluded from participation: Leonardo Hotel & Residenz Leipzig, Holiday Inn Düsseldorf Airport-Ratingen, Holiday Inn Frankfurt Airport North.
  • Only bookings which are made after registration with the Leonardo AdvantageCLUB qualify for the award of miles. Miles can be earned for direct reservations made via the Leonardo Hotels website, the Leonardo Hotels reservations centre or by telephone, fax or email or at the hotel reception. In addition, reservations which are made by a traditional travel agency using GDS with the Leonardo Hotels reservations centre also qualify to earn miles. Online travel agencies, a reseller/sales partner or tour operator are not considered as eligible channels and reservations made through them do not qualify for the award of miles.
