It works like this:

Select "Miles" as the awards option.
3.
Present your Miles & More service card when you check in and quote your Leonardo AdvantageCLUB member ID.
Terms and conditions
- You must be a member of the Leonardo AdvantageCLUB awards programme to earn miles automatically after every qualifying stay at a Leonardo Hotel. You can become a club member by registering online at leonardo-hotels.de/leonardo-advantage-club. Registration is completely free and subject to the general terms and conditions of the Leonardo AdvantageCLUB.
- Please make sure to select "Miles" as your awards option. Members cannot earn points and miles at the same time for the same stay. Before their stay, members have the option to choose between miles and points as their earning preference by updating their member profile online.
- The miles you have earned will be credited to your Miles & More account within four to six weeks after every qualifying stay.
- Please present your Miles & More service card every time you check in at a participating Leonardo Hotel and quote your Leonardo AdvantageCLUB member ID.
- Publicly available room rates and corporate contract rates qualify for mileage credit. The following room rates are excluded from this programme: Room rates for business or travel group reservations, room rates for crews (airline crews, ship’s crews etc.), room rates for employees, room rates for tour operators and travel agents, room rates for free stays. Subject to change.
- Miles can only be credited to the holder of the Miles & More service card, only for the room occupied by the Miles & More member himself or herself, and only at the hotel where he/she checked in personally.
- You can earn miles for bookings at all participating Leonardo Hotels in Europe and Israel.
- Only bookings made after registering for the Leonardo AdvantageCLUB entitle the member to earn miles. Miles can be earned for reservations made directly via the Leonardo Hotels website, the Leonardo Hotels reservation centre or by telephone, fax or email, or at reception. In addition, reservations made by a traditional travel agency using GDS at the Leonardo Hotels reservation centre qualify for earning miles. Reservations made via online travel agencies, a reseller/sales partner or tour operator are not eligible channels for earning miles.
