How to redeem award miles in our Worldshop

Show your Miles & More service card when making your purchases in our Worldshop.

The award miles you use are deducted from your mileage account automatically.

Terms and conditions for redeeming miles

  • Pay however you like - in euros, by redeeming your miles or using the Cash & Miles option (miles/euros mix).
  • Your award miles cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Discounts from promotional codes are based on the award mile value only, not on the shipping costs.
  • Outside our delivery area, our airport delivery service is available for most of our product range. Take delivery of your chosen products when you arrive or change flights at Frankfurt or Munich Airports. More information at worldshop.eu/airportdelivery
