You can update your stored customer data online at any time in your personal area. Simply click on Profile and update the data that you want to change there.

Alternatively you can contact our hotline with your service card number and PIN. If you do not have your PIN to hand, please inform us in writing and confirm your message with an official document issued by a public authority containing your full name and signature.
