Renewal of your frequent flyer level
The goodwill measures apply to all frequent flyers whose status would normally expire in February 2021.
If your status is valid until 2/2021 and you do not achieve the usual renewal, we will extend your frequent flyer level, as a gesture of our goodwill, by one year to 2/2022.
You will automatically receive this renewal at the beginning of 2021 as a gesture of our goodwill, before your current card expires. The validity displayed in the Miles & More app and on miles-and-more.com will then change as well.
We hope that you understand that eVouchers cannot be issued for goodwill extensions made to Senators and HON Circle Members.
Furthermore, eVouchers valid until 31.3.2020 which have already expired will be retroactively credited to you and you can also use these until 31.12.2021.
This also applies to eVouchers that were re-credited after the cancellation of a flight.
Renewed credit for HON Circle miles earned in 2019
All HON Circle miles earned in the calendar year 2019 will be re-credited to you in early 2021.
All HON Circle miles earned in 2019 count towards both the HON Circle renewal and the HON Circle qualification in 2021 or 2022.
If your HON Circle status is valid through February 2022, the calendar years 2019, 2020 and 2021 will be considered as requalification period.
If your HON HON Circle status is valid through February 2023, the calendar years 2019, 2021 and 2022 will subsequently be considered as requalification period.
For the HON Circle qualification in 2021 and 2022, the calendar year 2019 is also considered. The re-credited HON Circle miles will also be considered in 2021 for achieving the Miles & More Selections thresholds.
