How to redeem award miles in our Worldshop

You can see the award miles required in the product views for each product available. The award miles you use are deducted from your mileage account automatically.

Terms and conditions for redeeming miles

  • When you spend €200 or more, you get standard delivery within Germany free of charge.
  • Pay however you like - in euros, by redeeming your miles or using the Cash & Miles option (miles/euros mix).
  • Your award miles cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The minimum spend is 25 euros / 3,000 Miles per order.
  • Discounts from promotional codes are based on the award mile value only, not on the shipping costs.
  • Outside our delivery area, our airport delivery service is available for most of our product range. Take delivery of your chosen products when you arrive or change flights at Frankfurt or Munich Airports. More information at worldshop.eu/airportdelivery
  • From 1 October 2015, Miles & More members resident in Poland will unfortunately no longer be able to redeem their miles for Worldshop products at worldshop.eu. The other payment options will, of course, remain. The Worldshop airport shops and in-flight purchases on Lufthansa and Swiss International Air Lines flights are unaffected by this exclusion.
