Send a photo of your Miles & More service card and passport/ID.
Once these have been verified, you’ll receive your personal Gift Card code.
Terms and conditions for redeeming miles
- The Gift Card is valid for three years from the date of issue and may be redeemed during this period subject to availability.
- Services may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival or departure time. In this case, the miles will be refunded to the Miles & More service card used to purchase the Gift Card.
- In the case of cancellations made less than 48 hours before the flight, Fraport will charge the customer the following cancellation fees: 48 to 24 hours before VIP services, 80% of the order amount, less than 24 hours before VIP services, 100% of the order amount.
- The customer remains at liberty to provide evidence that no costs or significantly less costs were incurred by Fraport than the cancellation fees quoted by Fraport.
- Booking of the VIP service and other services gives rise to a contract for the provision of services on a specific date in accordance with Section 312g, para. 2, no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB). In this respect, the customer has no statutory right of withdrawal and the aforementioned cancellation terms apply.
