Points are credited for flights operated by Air Dolomiti, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Croatia Airlines, Discover Airlines, Eurowings, LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa, Lufthansa City, Luxair, SWISS and Star Alliance airlines.
You’ll earn Qualifying Points on flights operated by Air Dolomiti, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Croatia Airlines, Discover Airlines, Eurowings, LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa, Lufthansa City, Luxair and SWISS.
Points and Qualifying Points are credited for travel with Austrian AIRail, Lufthansa Express Rail and SWISS Air Rail. The maximum number of Qualifying Points that can be earned on train journeys for each status is 160 Qualifying Points for Frequent Traveller status and 500 Qualifying Points for Senator status.
Depending on the airline, some flight numbers and booking classes may not qualify for earning Points and Qualifying Points. You can find further information on our airline partners’ offer pages.
For every qualifying stay at a hotel participating in Marriott Bonvoy, members can earn 40 Points (up to 120 Points per calendar year). A “qualifying stay” is a stay of at least one night and includes all consecutive nights at the same hotel of one of the participating hotel brands, regardless of check-in or check-out.

HON Circle Points are credited for Business and First Class flights operated by Air Dolomiti, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Croatia Airlines, Discover Airlines, ITA Airways, LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa, Lufthansa City, Luxair and SWISS, as well as for BIZclass flights operated by Eurowings.
HON Circle Points are credited for journeys with Austrian AIRail, Lufthansa Express Rail or SWISS Air Rail, provided the journey is in Business Class. A maximum number of HON Circle Points is defined for achieving HON Circle status in this case: 1,000 HON Circle Points. Depending on the airline, some flight numbers and booking classes may not qualify for earning HON Circle Points. You can find further information on our airline partners’ offer pages.

As a Frequent Traveller, Senator or HON Circle Member, you benefit from an Executive Bonus when earning miles. When calculating the miles on the basis of the flight price (fare-based system), the bonus is 25% on flights with Discover Airlines, Eurowings, Luxair and other Miles & More airline partners, or 50% on flights with Air Canada, Air Dolomiti, All Nippon Airways, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Croatia Airlines, LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa, Lufthansa City, SWISS and United Airlines. When calculating the miles according to the flight distance and booking class (booking class system), the bonus is always 25% on flights with Air Canada, Air Dolomiti, All Nippon Airways, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Croatia Airlines, Discover Airlines, Eurowings, LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa, Lufthansa City, Luxair, SWISS and United. As a Senator, you’ll get two upgrade vouchers upon qualification or renewal. As a HON Circle Member, you’ll get four upgrade vouchers. These will be credited electronically. The eVouchers are valid for 24 months and can be used to upgrade to a higher travel class. You can redeem your eVouchers online, via the Miles & More Service Centre or at the airport. Please note that upgrades are not possible on certain booking classes in Economy, Premium Economy and Business Class, and that eVouchers can only be redeemed with restrictions and where available capacity is expected.

The waiting list priority for Frequent Travellers and Senators applies to all flights operated by Star Alliance airlines, but not to upgrades and award bookings. The waiting list priority for HON Circle Members applies to all flights operated by Air Dolomiti, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Discover Airlines, ITA Airways, LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa, Lufthansa City and SWISS, but not to upgrades and Award Flight bookings.

a) In booking class J in Business Class on flights operated by Air Dolomiti, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Discover Airlines, Lufthansa, Lufthansa City and SWISS (routes with a Lufthansa Allegris offering on Boeing 787-9 aircraft are currently excluded). In booking class C on Croatia Airlines and LOT Polish Airlines flights.

The booking guarantee can be used in class G in Premium Economy Class on Austrian Airlines, Discover Airlines, Lufthansa and SWISS. The booking guarantee is valid in booking class P in Premium Economy Class on flights operated by LOT Polish Airlines.

In booking class Y in Economy Class on flights operated by Air Dolomiti, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Croatia Airlines, Discover Airlines, LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa, Lufthansa City and SWISS.

b) In booking class J in Business Class on flights operated by Air Dolomiti, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Discover Airlines, Lufthansa, Lufthansa City and SWISS (routes with a Lufthansa Allegris offering on Boeing 787-9 aircraft are currently excluded). In booking class C on Croatia Airlines and LOT Polish Airlines flights.

The booking guarantee can be used in class G in Premium Economy Class on Austrian Airlines, Discover Airlines, Lufthansa and SWISS. The booking guarantee is valid in booking class P in Premium Economy Class on flights operated by LOT Polish Airlines.

a) As a Senator, you can reserve a seat free of charge on flights operated by Air Dolomiti, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Discover Airlines, ITA Airways, LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa, Lufthansa City and SWISS. Bookings in Economy Basic and Economy Light on short-haul flights, Economy Light, Premium Economy Light and Business Light on long-haul flights and the Lufthansa Allegris products Extra Long Bed, Business Class Suite and Suite Plus are excluded. On flights operated by Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa and SWISS, your companions will also receive advance seat reservation free of charge, provided they are part of the same booking as you, and taking into account the above-mentioned exceptions.

b) As a HON Circle Member, you can reserve a seat free of charge on flights operated by Air Dolomiti, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Discover Airlines, ITA Airways, LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa, Lufthansa City and SWISS. Bookings in Economy Basic and Economy Light on short-haul flights, Economy Light, Premium Economy Light and Business Light on long-haul flights and the Lufthansa Allegris products Business Class Suite and Suite Plus are excluded. On flights operated by Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa and SWISS, your companions will also receive advance seat reservation free of charge, provided they are part of the same booking as you, and taking into account the above-mentioned exceptions.

Frequent Travellers flying in Economy Class on a scheduled flight operated by a Star Alliance airline or ITA Airways or on a SMART fare with Eurowings can enjoy their stay at the airport in one of the Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa or SWISS Business Lounges, as well as Brussels Airlines lounges. Access to the LOT Business Lounge is available for Frequent Travellers on scheduled Economy Class flights operated by Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Croatia Airlines, LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa, Lufthansa City or SWISS. Access to the ITA Airways lounges is available for Frequent Travellers on scheduled flights operated by Lufthansa Group airlines. Children are very welcome in the lounges when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For youth protection reasons, unaccompanied children under the age of 18 are not allowed entry to the lounges.

For access to the Senator Lounge, your Senator card is required and a boarding pass valid for the date and place of departure on a flight operated by Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Discover Airlines, Eurowings, ITA Airways, Lufthansa, Lufthansa City, SWISS or code-share partners, or a Star Alliance partner. For access to Star Alliance partners’ Star Gold Lounges, your Senator card is required and a boarding pass valid for the date and place of departure on a Star Alliance flight. You can bring a travel companion free of charge. For access to the Senator and Business Lounges, the accompanying guest(s) must travel on the same flight, and enter and leave the lounge with the person who invited them. In Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Lufthansa and SWISS lounges, you can also be accompanied by children under the age of 18. For youth protection reasons, unaccompanied children under the age of 18 are not allowed entry to the lounges.

Access with a HON Circle Member card and a boarding pass valid for the date and place of departure for a flight operated by Air Dolomiti, Austrian Airlines, Discover Airlines, ITA Airways, Lufthansa, Lufthansa City Airlines, SWISS or Star Alliance.

In Vienna: access with a HON Circle Member card and a boarding pass valid for the date and place of departure for a scheduled flight booked via and operated by Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa, Lufthansa City, SWISS and LOT Polish Airlines.

Lufthansa First Class terminal: access with a HON Circle Member card and a boarding pass valid for the date for a flight operated by Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Air Dolomiti, Discover Airlines, Lufthansa, Lufthansa City Airlines or SWISS.

You can bring a companion as well as your spouse or partner free of charge. The accompanying guest(s) must travel on the same flight, and enter and leave the lounge with the person who invited them.

Children are very welcome in the lounges when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In Lufthansa First Class, SWISS First and Austrian HON Circle lounges, you can also be accompanied by children under the age of 18. For youth protection reasons, unaccompanied children under the age of 18 are not allowed entry to the lounges.

The Economy Basic and Economy Light fares (short-haul) and the Economy Light and Premium Economy Light fares (long-haul) on European and intercontinental flights operated by Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Discover Airlines, ITA Airways, Lufthansa, Lufthansa City and SWISS do not include additional free checked baggage or free transportation of golf equipment. The Economy Basic fare (short-haul) does not include a free item of carry-on baggage for Frequent Travellers.

Additional free checked baggage or free transportation of golf equipment is not available on the FlyEasy fare in Economy Class on scheduled flights operated by Croatia Airlines. The following applies to flights operated by Brussels Airlines: no bags (Economy Light on all flights for ALL status levels). Members with Frequent Traveller status in Economy Class: 2 bags, each up to 23 kg (Economy Classic, Economy Flex and Economy Green on short-haul flights); 2 bags, each up to 23 kg (Economy Basic, Economy Flex, Economy Green and all Premium Economy fares on flights between Europe and Tel Aviv/the USA, between Africa and the USA, as well as between Tel Aviv and Africa/the USA); 3 bags, each up to 23 kg (Economy Basic Plus and Economy Flex on flights between Europe and Africa); 2 bags, each up to 32 kg, for all Business Class fares on short- and long-haul flights.

The following applies to flights operated by LOT Polish Airlines: 1 bag up to 23 kg (LOT Economy Saver Class and LOT Economy Flex Plus Class on short-haul flights, LOT Economy Saver Class on long-haul flights, LOT Business Flex Plus Class on short-haul flights); 2 bags, each up to 23 kg (LOT Economy Flex Plus Class on long-haul flights, LOT Economy Class on short- and long-haul flights, LOT Premium Economy Class on long-haul flights); 2 bags, each up to 32 kg (LOT Business Class on short-haul flights); and 3 bags, each up to 32 kg (LOT Business Class on long-haul flights). The following applies to flights operated by Luxair: 1 additional bag up to 23 kg or 1 golf bag (Economy), 1 additional bag up to 32 kg or 1 golf bag (Business). Weight allowance: charter flights are excluded from this provision. Item concept: in addition to all current free baggage allowances on all scheduled flights operated by Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Croatia Airlines, Discover Airlines, ITA Airways, LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa, Lufthansa City and SWISS (with the exception of North Atlantic routes). The golf bag may not weigh more than 23 kg. The transportation of additional bags or a golf bag is not free of charge for passengers with HON Circle Member, Senator, Frequent Traveller or Star Alliance Gold status on Economy Basic and Economy Light fares. This applies to European or intercontinental flights operated by Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, ITA Airways, Lufthansa, Lufthansa City or SWISS or with Austrian Holidays.
