As the main partner of the Fête des Vignerons 2019 in Vevey, SWISS is pleased to welcome on board Philippe Gobet, the executive chef at the EHL Hospitality Management School and the Le Berceau de Sens restaurant. The internationally renowned EHL Hospitality Management School is one of the festival’s official partners and the only school in the world to have a restaurant with one Michelin star and 16 Gault&Millau points. In his creations, Philippe Gobet – who was nominated the “Meilleur ouvrier de France” in 1993 – combines the sophistication of French cuisine with Swiss produce and local savoir vivre.
