SWISS again honoured with Skytrax Award for ‘World's Best First Class Airline Lounge’
We are thrilled to have once again been distinguished with the prestigious “World’s Best First Class Airline Lounge” Award at this year’s Skytrax World Airline Awards. This recognition is a testament to our commitment to offering our guests first-class service and outstanding comfort.
For this year’s awards, more than 350 airlines from over 100 countries were evaluated using a total of more than 21 million guest reviews, before honouring our First Class Lounge in Terminal E at Zurich airport. The lounge offers extraordinary service and exclusive amenities, such as its own hotel rooms, a conference room, mini suites, a champagne bar, a 5-star à-la-carte restaurant and a wine humidor with more than 1,000 bottles from all over the world. Our guests can also enjoy a unique view of the airport apron and runways from the large 352 m2 terrace.
The World Airline Awards have been conducting customer satisfaction surveys worldwide for 25 years, and do not limit themselves to member airlines or a pre-selected list of airlines.
