New Austrian Miles & More Credit Card from Erste Bank and Sparkasse from 2026
The Austrian Miles & More Credit Card will have a new provider from the start of 2026 and, thus, a host of new benefits and services. This means that, on 31.12.2025, the cooperation between Austrian Airlines and Miles & More with card complete will come to an end and the new offer from Erste Bank and Sparkasse will commence.
To be able to continue earning miles as usual and to continue using all Austrian Miles & More credit card benefits, please note the following important information.
Until the end of 2025, things will remain the same
The current Austrian Miles & More Credit Card will remain fully functional up to and including 31.12.2025, with all the usual benefits. You can still earn miles, and you will continue to benefit from Business Class check-in at Vienna Airport, mileage protection and numerous partner offers until the end of the year.
We are particularly pleased to say that we are extending mileage protection for existing Austrian Miles & More credit card holders until 30.6.2026.
What will change from the start of 2026
Your previous credit card will automatically lose all benefits associated with Miles & More and Austrian Airlines from the start of 2026. You won’t automatically be switched to the new card, and will have to actively apply for a new one.
Apply for a new card at Erste Bank and Sparkasse
From January 2026, you can apply for the new Austrian Miles & More Credit Card with the new partner bank Erste Bank and Sparkasse. You can choose from a variety of card products, such as the Premium Card for private individuals, as well as the Business Premium Card and Business Smart Card for business customers.
Please note: from the start of 2026, only by actively applying can you continue to enjoy all the benefits you’ve become accustomed to, such as earning miles, mileage protection, Business Class check-in, Fast Track at Vienna Airport, lounge access and much more.

When and how will I be informed about the changes?
- This fall, you will receive a separate information letter from card complete containing all the relevant details about your Miles & More credit card. This document will be sent to you by mail or electronically and contains all the necessary information.
