Hello, how can we help you?

From 1.9.2025, we’re streamlining our login options

Our login rules will be changing from 1.9.2025.

The following two login options will remain unchanged and can still be used:

  • Email address + password (Travel ID)
  • Service card number + PIN

The user ID + password login option will no longer be available however.

Do you need to do anything?

Please check which login process you are currently using, and update your details if necessary.

In the login area of our website: www.miles-and-more.com

-> Click on “Login” in the top right-hand corner.

For the Miles & More app

-> Log in using the device-specific password keychain/password manager

Our recommendation:

Log in with email address and password – i.e. using your Travel ID

What’s so good about Travel ID?
Your Travel ID gives you universal access to the digital channels of Lufthansa Group airlines and Miles & More. You can use this single login to quickly and easily sign in with different Lufthansa Group airlines and with Miles & More. Travel ID is a simple way to keep track of your personal data and information relating to your booking.

More details about login

Login with email address + password –

i.e. using your Travel ID

You can choose for yourself what email address and password you use for logging in.

If you’re already using Travel ID, you’ll find the email address in your account. When you created your Travel ID, you set a password for it yourself.

If you can no longer remember your password, you can always request a reset.

Not using Travel ID yet? Activate it now with just a few clicks.

Login with service card number + PIN

You’ll find your service card number on your Miles & More card. You’ll also find it on your digital card in the Miles & More app and in your account on the Miles & More website or app.

Your service card number is used in conjunction with your PIN (personal identification number), which you will have chosen yourself when registering with Miles & More.

If you no longer remember your PIN, you can always request a reset.

For identification purposes, you’ll also be asked for your service card number and PIN when you call our service team (to book an Award Flight or an upgrade, for example).

You’ll find everything you need to know about your login details here.

By the way, are your profile details (phone number, email address, etc.) up to date?

This is a great opportunity to make sure.
