Where can I find information about my ticket number?

The ticket number is a 13-digit number that you will find on your passenger receipt as well as on your boarding pass. The ticket number shown on your passenger receipt is often separated by a hyphen.

The ticket number used for printed/mobile boarding passes is either electronic ticket,

eTkt, ETICKET or simply the ticket number. More information about the ticket number can be found by clicking on the info icon in your mobile boarding pass or the boarding pass in your Apple Wallet. The electronic ticket field contains the ticket number.
