Will I be informed before my award miles or eVouchers expire?

If you have agreed to receive our monthly online newsletter, we will use this to inform you how many award miles and/or eVouchers will cease to be valid at the next and the following quarter.

The award miles or eVouchers that are due to expire at the end of the current quarter and the end of the following quarter are shown in your online mileage account at all times.
