How do I redeem eVouchers?

Once redeemed, the eVoucher will be automatically deducted from your account, and the upgrade will be added to your booking electronically. If you don’t see any bookings in your online summary, you’ll have to enter your booking code to add them.
 

Miles, Points and Qualifying Points are always credited based on the original booking, i.e. without taking the eVoucher into account. This means that an upgrade with an eVoucher doesn’t result in a higher mileage credit.
