It is possible to process a retroactive mileage credit with Miles & More within six months of the date of the activity. With many partners you can arrange the credit using the relevant online form:

If you want to retroactively claim miles for the flights from within 6 months, you can add a request here
If you want to retroactively claim miles for the shopping you did with our shopping partners you can request it here
