What do I do if I no longer wish to be a member of the Miles & More programme?

You can terminate your membership at any time if you no longer wish to be a member of Miles & More. Please send us a short message quoting your service card number, together with your postal address or the email address stored in your profile. You can use our contact form to do so or send a letter to our postal address.
