Where can I order a replacement for my bag tag?

The current coronavirus situation has affected aviation, and with it Lufthansa, to a degree never before experienced. The economic impact cannot yet be predicted, but we have implemented all possible measures to reduce our spending. We have therefore decided to temporarily suspend the production and dispatch of replacement bag tags.

However, when you achieve Frequent Traveller, Senator or HON Circle status, we will continue to send you the relevant bag tag automatically.
