Your miles will be credited within 8 weeks.
Terms and conditions for earning miles
- Membership in the MeliáRewards is the prerequisite.
- Miles & More award miles will be registered in your member’s account within 2 months.
- You may claim your awards miles up to 6 months after your hotel stay.
- Only the rates that earn MeliáRewards points can earn award miles.
- The loyalty programme member must be the person who is going to stay in the hotel. The member may also earn points for a second room occupied by children aged under 18.
- You cannot earn award miles or points for more than one loyalty programme for the same stay.
