Transfer award miles with Transfer Miles

Make someone you love happy, and give them some award miles. In this way, that someone can enjoy their dream award faster. With the Transfer Miles service, it couldn’t be easier: Transfer your miles from your account to the other mileage account in exchange for a transaction fee. Done. Additional benefit: the award miles will then be valid for a further 36 months.

What is Transfer Miles?

Transfer Miles is a joint service with our partner Loylogic, that allows you to transfer the award miles you have earned to other Miles & More members for a transaction fee.

 

There are several fixed-price mileage packages from 500 to 100,000 -M- to choose from.

 

Transferred award miles are then protected from expiry for a full 36 months.

How many award miles can be transferred?

To mileage transfer

It works like this

1.

Log into Mileage Services by Loylogic using your Miles & More login. Click on the Transfer Miles service.
2.

Select the mileage amount you want to transfer to another member. Pay the transaction fee by credit or debit card.
3.

You can add a gift message. To do this, please complete the additional fields.
4.

Your award miles will be deducted from your mileage account, and will appear in the other mileage account no later than three working days afterwards.

Frequently asked questions about Transfer Miles

What exactly is Transfer Miles?

Transfer Miles is a joint service with our partner Loylogic, with which you can transfer award miles that you don’t currently need or which are on the point of expiry, to other Miles & More members. There are various mileage amounts that you can transfer with Transfer Miles at fixed transaction fees. The transferred award miles will then be valid for a further 36 months.

When does the other person receive the transferred award miles?

As a rule, the miles are visible in the recipient’s account immediately after they have been debited from your mileage account. In some cases, it can take up to three working days for the award miles to be credited.

Is there an upper limit to Transfer Miles?

With Transfer Miles, you can transfer up to 100,000 award miles per year from your personal mileage account to the account of other Miles & More members for a transaction fee. Recipients may not receive more than 100,000 -M- per calendar year from another Miles & More account or accounts.

Can transferred award miles be refunded?

A Transfer Miles transaction cannot be cancelled or reversed. Award miles that have been transferred and paid for are non-refundable.

What payment methods are available?

The Transfer Miles transaction fee can be paid by credit or debit card. Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express and Visa credit cards are accepted.

Am I liable to incur additional fees?

Additional card processing fees may be charged by the relevant financial institution, depending on the country and currency. Please contact your financial institution directly if you have any questions.
